The Ehsaas program and the Benazir Income Support Program are government initiatives that aim to provide financial assistance to disadvantaged people. These programs are funded by public donations and are also funded by various agencies.
There are several sub-programs under these programs such as Ehsaas Emergency Funds Program, Waseela-e-Taleem Program, Bahimat Buzurg Program and Humqadam Program. Each of these schemes offer different levels of assistance ranging from 12,000 to 14,000 to 5,000 or 2,000 rupees.
Individuals must apply for these programs, but often do not know how the financial aid works or how to verify that their payment has been made.To address this issue, the Punjab government has taken the initiative to send payment notifications to people registered with the Punjab Welfare Board.
Payment SlMS code 8267
If you are eligible for the program you will receive a payment message to 8267 which is linked to the Bank of Punjab and Punjab Welfare Authority. The aim of this program is to educate people about their rights.
However, there have been many rumors that the Government of Pakistan has introduced a new code 8267 for their Rashan program. It should be noted that this information is completely wrong.The 8267 code is not used to register or verify eligibility for the Benazir Rashan Program or the Income Support Scheme. Their sole purpose is to notify people of incoming payments or their eligibility status for the program. It is therefore important that your identification number is not linked to this code.
How to register for Ehsaas and Rashan
The registration process for this program has changed. In order to determine if you are eligible for the Ehsaas program offered by Rashan, you must provide your ID number 8171. After you submit your ID, we'll let you know if you're eligible for this program. Alternatively, if you wish to join Ehsaas Rashan and receive a monthly Rashan of 4,500 rupees, you need to send your ID number to 8123

If you would like to join Benazir Income Support and receive 9,000 rupees please contact the program office. Upon arrival you will receive a registration form.Once you have completed the form, you will be accepted into the program. You can then verify your eligibility by texting your ID number to 8171. BISP Online Registration Click the Online Registration button to register online. A form will then be made available to you. Please fill out all information in this form correctly. All your data will then be forwarded to the Pakistani government. They check your eligibility against the NADRA and NSER data.Two to three days after you provide your contact number, we'll let you know if you're eligible for this program.
